Our little Chick

We moved out little chick out to the Chicken Coop. She is so funny, she still loves to be held. The girls go get her everyday and carry her until I have to take her back to the coop!

Spring brought us Chicks

Since we were down to three chickens and one rooster, Dennis decided we should get a few more layers. So we got 5 cute new chicks the end of March. But, in April mother nature thought we needed one more little chick. She (we hope) came to us from our own chickens. Our hen layed on about 12 eggs right out our back door under some Ivy. Only one little chick hatched. So we brought it in, while the weather was off and on so cold. We moved the bigger chicks out to the hen house. The girls immediately loved our new little puff of grey and white chick and Ivy named it Wylie. It gets lots of attention especially since it's any only "chick".

Easter Girls

We woke up to a winter wonderland for Easter this year. NO more snow please!
Ivy and Holly were really excited about the Easter Bunny this year. But, I knew the girls had seen Charlie Brown one to many times, when Holly kept calling the Easter Bunny the 'Easter Beagle". I'm not going to tell her any different!

New Tour for Jack Johnson

Anyone that knows me very well knows I am a huge Jack Johnson Fan! So, I had to post that I got tickets to his 2010 Tour. I'm so excited he'll be here in SLC on Aug 13, 10. I went to a show on his last tour in 2008. It was most amazing because we were in the front row! I intend to do it again!

Jack's (Yes, we're on first name basis) new cd is coming out June1st. Can't wait for that either!

Jack grew his hair out, I'm not sure which I like better? What do you think?

Visit to Nevada

Last week I got an itch to go visit my 'BFF' Jeanni in Nevada. So, I called her on Sunday and said do you want me to come visit... how about tomorrow? She said come on! We had a blast! We got to catch up, sew, swim, and talk some more, even about Heritage Makers. We are both Consultants. Thanks Jeanni, the girls and I had a great time!
