Swimming

The Girls and I decided to go swimming. When we got there, it was closed to the Public, and open to City Employees and Families. So, luckily... Dennis is a reserve officer for the city, so we got in for free and got dinner. We had tons of fun!

I made it to the Temple

I got my own endowments at the Provo Temple a few weeks ago, July 7th. It was an amazing experience! I'm so blessed!

My Sweet Sprinkle Baby

Holly got quiet the other day while Daddy was watching her, so Dad found her in the kitchen crunching on some rainbow colored sprinkles. He told her to smile and "say cheese", that's where the closed eyes come from. She is s so funny!

Holly's B-Day at Play Group

This is Holly's play group "Kids Who Count". She absolutely loves it! So do I. This actually where I started Ivy's Early Intervention. It's for kids from 0-3 years old, to help with any developmental delay. The people who work here are amazing and really want to help. Holly does not qualify, as far as being delayed at all. We just pay for her to go, since it had been such a great experience for Ivy.
She had lots of fun on her Birthday. We brought Cup Cakes for the kids (Parents too), and let them get good and messy!

I'll post some party pictures tomorrow.

A few family highlights of the past several weeks

The day after Easter, I decided we were going to go "somewhere"! I told Dennis, either you can help me book this trip or I will do it myself, but we were going! We hadn't been anywhere (vacation) for nearly five years... due to kids.

So we decided on San Diego. I even talked my sister into going, for fun (and extra help with the girls). The girls did great on the plane, they didn't realize we were flying.

The weather was really nice, especially since we missed a huge snow storm in Utah while we were gone. We went to the San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, Sea World, and the Beach. The girls did much better than I anticipated. Ivy loved the Beach sand. Both girls loved The Elmo section of Sea World. It was a fun trip, just could have been longer.

The girls still ask to to go back to Sea World... So do I!
